America's Grow-A-Row
South Ridge partners with America’s Grow-A-Row to provide fresh produce to those who don’t have access to it due to availability / affordability. Serving opportunities include planting, harvesting, & distributing produce in the spring, summer, and fall of each year at the free farm markets around New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Family Promise
Throughout the year, South Ridge volunteers assist to feed and fellowship with those who are homeless through a partnership with Family Promise of Hunterdon County. Volunteers are needed for multiple shifts that include dinner time, evening, & overnight. Serving roles include: meal prep, hosting, & encouraging. Contact Dave & Cathy Hoos for more info.
Helping Hands
Helping Hands is a ministry of South Ridge. Helping Hands desires to connect those who can meet needs with those who have needs, such as single parents, the elderly, those without a family support system, or those going through a time of hardship and difficulty.
Project Horses 4 Forces
Project Horses for Forces is non-profit organization that operates out of Long Valley, New Jersey and aims to serve military veterans, active service members, and their families by providing opportunities for healing both visible and invisible wounds through the love, care and riding of horses.
